How It Works:


This Doppler Flow Meter is ideal for measuring dredging systems, crude oil and waste slurries. Provides an easy way to measure flow in pipes with relatively dirty liquids.
Dynasonics UFX Doppler Ultrasonic Flow Meter
Normally furnished with a transducer for pipes 1 inch and larger. A small pipe transducer is available.

Procedure: Wipe the pipe off, apply acoustic couplant (silicone grease) to the pipe and the transducer. Hold the transducer to the pipe, press the ON button, and read the flow in feet(meters) / second.
