Picture above shows a stainless steel camera housing with air cooled furnace lens and retract mechanism. This assembly sets on the flange of a “Wallbox”. A Wallbox is similar to a 2 inch stainless steel pipe with a flange on one end. The pipe is welded to the boiler/kiln wall or welded to a mounting plate. The camera sets on the flange with the lens protruding through the pipe. What's happening inside the boiler/kiln can then be observed by the operator in the control room.

on your desk. The picture is extremely clear and sharp because there is
nothing between the camera lens and your process. Also, several process
temperatures can be displayed.
